Abi is an amazing PT instructor, she always offers something different at each session she encourages me to push myself further. Every session is always a good mix of different exercises and she sends me a list of what I've been doing so I can continue doing them when I'm training on my own. Abi is a brilliant Personal Trainer. My sessions are always challenging, designed to meet my fitness levels and overall aims. With her positivity and encouragement she proves to me every time I can do more than I imagined. The programmes she creates for me keep me motivated between sessions because they are varied, without them I would stick to doing the same thing all the time. Also, I know if I don't put the effort in, I'm going to struggle at our next session because we always work a bit harder next time!
