I have been working with virtual teams and developers in a virtual environment for over ten years. I can honestly say, Vigasan is arguably the BEST developer I have ever worked with. He is extremely reliable! He cares about your business and when he completes a job, it seems like he always puts a little extra touch into it, making you want to come back for more. Without question - Vigasan is incredibly talented, and insanely helpful. He goes above and beyond without any hesitation, which isn't always a quality you find so easily in people. My mind is never not blown, when I pose a dilemma, and Vigasan says "I can help with that" - the time in between that response and the answer to my problem is astounding. I know next to nothing about coding, but it boggles the mind how quickly this guy can crank out code and how well he just knows exactly how to fix every problem, how to make everything look like you want, and how to do it all in such a genuine and honest way.
