7 weeks ago saw me making my way to my first ever PT session, and to say I did this with some nerves would be an understatement! ! But I had no reason to worry one little bit, Shelley made me feel very relaxed.

Shelly of Abela Fitness, spent time in my first session really getting to know the reasons that I had made the decision to go for PT sessions, and then tailored my program for my needs.

The personal progress that I have made over the past 7 weeks has really surpassed anything I believed I could achieve. I attended my first session very much in a mindset of I can't do that, but believe me I can!!

Not only have I progressed with my fitness and core strength but also and perhaps more importantly for me my mindset has really changed and this I can only put down to the way Shelley works with me. And I thank her very much for that, i look forward to my weekly PT sessions.
