Some time ago, I had 4 wool (?) ball caps (one-offs, as in different words on each, and different sizes) embroidered with simple letters in one of the standard fonts. The price was at least as low as a discount retail shop (caps-are-us, or some-such, like a mall shop), but the quality was superior, and the materials were top quality, *and* I was able to customize my order (albeit a simple one) to my exact vision. My order was promised in 2 days, and fulfilled in 1 day (early). Customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this shop. There may be others like it, but I doubt any would be better. Best is "best", so why would I go anywhere else, now that I have discovered this one? If you have a bad experience, here, then I will buy you a cheeseburger and a soda, and discuss the problem...certainly, any bad experience at this shop must be a rare case, worth at least a second try. I highly recommend ABC Tees to anyone looking to have t-shirts or tanks made in the DC, MD, VA area! They are an independent t-shirt printing shop with socially and environmentally conscious values. All their t-shirts are sweatshop free, and they have numerous environmentally friendly options including organic cotton and ecoconscious options. The customer service is excellent. Every time I came in I was seen right away, and had numerous exchanges working with every step of the process. They also offered great aesthetic design advice which resulted in our fabulous Brickyard Educational Farm t-shirts and tanks! (I sold out of the tanks the day I picked them up!). The price is very reasonable- I recommend doing the over 36 t-shirt bulk deal.The turn around time was quick, and I was working on a deadline. They really know what they’re doing, and they are a small enough business to be highly flexible and cater to your individual needs.
