From the initial meeting Carlos was very professional and made both myself and my husband very comfortable. The quality and service provided by both Carlos and his team was exceptional.  Carlos used Paul as his fitter who did a fantastic job, he is so helpful and meticulous. We had a few damaged cabinets on delivery these were dealt with swiftly by Carlos and new units were ordered, delivered and fitted. We also had two walls removed, new lighting, wiring and flooring. We used companies recommended by Carlos and they were all great. So happy with all the work done. The main process took just 4 weeks and they tried to limit disruption to family life during this process. Excellent service from start to finish. Carlos was extremely helpful and flexible when it came to designs/colour schemes for both our kitchen and en-suite bathroom, allowing us to borrow samples so that we could work out our preferred tiles. Work commenced on time and Paul was with us every day nice and early and worked through like "a machine" (just need to remember to keep him lubricated with tea and stocked up with biscuits).Shaun the electrician did a great job, taking into account small comments /concerns we had and ensuring everything was right, and even the flooring guys did a great job.The finished article for both kitchen and en-suite was fantastic. I love my new bathrooms and they look just like I had imagined they would. What I really like about ABC Kitchen and Bathrooms is that from the initial visit Carlos put together a quote which gave me a good ballpark figure to work with and I could then customise any parts of the design. Also the customer service is excellent, a couple of times there was an issue with a product delivered and Carlos sorted a replacement very quickly. Paul did an excellent job installing both bathrooms and even managed to hide the pipework into the wall in the main bathroom and under the floor for the sink in the ensuite. Removing the boxed in areas has really opened up the room and makes it feel bigger.
Shaun installed the electrics and worked well with Paul to schedule in the electrical work once the old bathroom had been removed. The spot lights provide a lot of light and make the room feel crisp and clean. I really love the electric mirror in the ensuite and my daughter loves waving her hand under the mirror to switch it on and off.

Amazing service from initial consultation to the finished bathroom. We had put up with our old, tired bathroom for a long time thinking not a lot could be done with such a small room but we are so pleased with the results. The installation finished a day earlier than expected and the (very) few snags were dealt with immediately with no quibbles.
