When I first started training with Alicia I had never trained with a a female PT before however I soon was realised that she was definitely the one who was going to help me achieve my goals in and out of the gym.
She has helped me improve my strength massively and I am fitter and more confident than ever and I would put all this down to the effort Alicia has not only put into me in the gym but getting to know how I live on a daily basis and what slight tweaks I could make to really push on.
I would recommend Alicia 10/10 she will definitely help you get to where you want to be whether you are male or female.

Alicia always challenges me to push myself and try new exercises. During the lockdown period she has encouraged me to continue training from home with regular classes via Skype which are brilliant.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I encourage and support my clients to really push themselves out of their comfort zones, in order to achieve their goals. That includes lifting weights!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
You can get the body of your dreams by, first adopting a training routine that provides enough intensity and stimulus for change, and second by improving your confidence and mental wellbeing so that you can appreciate your results.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the results my clients acheive. Physically and mentally.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I decided to start my own business because I had already been working in the fitness industry for 4 years and I knew that I had the drive and knowledge to run my own business sucessfully.
Why should our clients choose you?
When someone decides to start working with me, I put 100% effort into building a relationship with them. Im always there for a chat even if its not about fitness, as I am there as a personal trainer and a support system. I also ensure that they get the most out of each session and do not waste any money or time.
