We have ordered flowers for a very special birthday celebration from Abbeys Flower Garden. The website description “lavender roses and hand-blown purple art-glass vase”. The order was made (and paid in full) 7 business days before the delivery date. On the actual delivery date, the shop assistant has called and notified us that the vase is not available, and the flowers will be delivered in the different vase. As seeing on the photos, the roses in pink and link pink colour arranged in the red glass vase. Completely different arrangement to what has been ordered and anticipated. We understand that sometimes the shop might not have the exact match due to seasonality. The most disappointing factor is the lack of customer service, attention, and communication from the shop. Given the shop had the order in the system for 7 business days, they've had ample time to communicate the changes to us and give us an opportunity to change or cancel the order. We have emailed the shop last Friday to communicate the same and are yet to receive the response. More...

Really impressed with Abbey's Flowers. I ordered online, easy. Delivery was on time with great communication. The arrangement was very nice. It didn't have the exact flowers that I was expecting so I was a bit disappointed. To be fair, the Valentine's Day rush must be what I can only imagine is toughest time of the year for all florists. I couldn't even get a Feb 14th delivery so opted for Feb 13. The impressive part was that Abbey's was quick to reach out about making it right. They definitely didn't have to, but insisted on sending the arrangement exactly as show on the website! Wow! It came out even better than shown. I will be using Abbey's whenever I can. I ordered a sympathy plant for a friend. She sent me a picture when it arrived. It did not have the same vase (totally different) than what I ordered. I understand that what you see on the website may not be available, but I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know. I would have ordered something else.
