Shelley was amazing in showing us the property and negotiating with the landlord all our needs, she couldn't do enough for us at the time of getting/signing for the property. We moved over a bank holiday and were not given details of who to contact with issues which was highly frustrating at the time (as there were a number of issues), but once the office re-opened all was put right and we are very happy in our property. Perfect - from beginning to end and couldn't have asked for a better service. Fabian Jones really knows his stuff and was an absolute star, so too was Guy Davis.
