We would just like to say a huge thank you to Kevin who rescued us with our catering van from Crishall last week. Thanks to him we got home safely. We were two women on our own and it was very late, dark and raining. After fixing our van and without being asked Kevin waited for us to leave the car park before leaving. Just like to say thank you to Graham for coming out and rescuing my Mum and I very early on Sunday morning and towing us all the way from Grantchester, Cambridge back to Chelmsford in Essex.
A shame that the RAC couldn't understand that the vehicle was in now way drive-able but Graham was able to save our day.

the last thing you want is too breakdown.
especially on a half a ton harley davidson in a underground carpark that has a height limit.
but when you do these guys come to the rescue. and between us we worked a solution and got my bike safely home with a couple of laughs along the way.

Had to be recovered as RAC couldn't repair our car whilst going away with our caravan. Was dreading it - however the service I received was exceptional the office staff rang me to check where we were and gave me an approximate time I then received a text to say our driver was Dave and gave us his number.
