Used Aardvark Travel to take myself and my family to Sorrento from Stansted last week. We had excellent service from both Nikki who took us to the airport and Richard who collected us. We were really impressed that we had a text message from Nikki the night before going to the airport confirming what time she would pick us up. We were also very impressed by Richards text messages advising where he would pick us up from when we landed at Stansted. I am really happy with the service we received and price charged. We have been using Aardvark Travel/ Richard for all our drop offs and pickup for over 6-7years . In short, that says it all- as we don't even bother looking for anyone else . Richard or any of his colleagues -Nikky , Glen are all very professional , Prompt in arriving or responding to your messages and very courteous. We feel very safe and our children are able to relax in their vans and enjoy . Communication is key and we thoroughly value that as especially if there is any change of plan, it is communicated and acted upon . They are very competitive in terms of pricing (but to be honest ,we value their service and hence don't necessarily look for the cheapest one). We have been using Aardvark travel for about 2 years now. Great people always on time, great communication. They are cheaper than train tickets for more 2 people or more, you don't have to carry luggage from train to train. Aardvark Travel is amazing! Richard Ford is a true gentleman, kind, helpful and calming and I am very proud to say that he executed everything travel-wise on my wedding day perfectly! I feel very honoured to have been the first wedding of Aardvark Travel. Richard made sure the van was spotlessly clean, looked very smart in his suit, went the extra mile by making sure I always had an umbrella over me on a rainy day and did all the fiddly bits of putting our car ribbon on. He was early and hit the nail on the head time wise from start to finish; first taking some of my wedding party to the venue, coming back for me and my Dad, taking me and my Groom to our reception venue and then in the evening picking some of my wedding party up again for home; so they could enjoy their evening. Thank you so so much Richard and thanks for also helping throw confetti when we needed someone, you are a superstar.
