We had a great experience working with Many and the crew to rent everything we needed for our wedding in Calabasas. We maybe had a week before our wedding, and Manny helped us constantly through in-person meetings and daily text updates until until he couldn't take anymore changes, which I think was 24 hours before the event. Understandably so, since they need to pack up the truck and keep track of inventory. The rentals were very nice and high quality. We had nice rustic wooden tables and chairs. Great glassware. And Many helped us sort out the just-right size CLEAR tent, which made the event so special. His crew came the day before to set up the tent in the pouring rain. Then came the day after to pick everything up. The price we paid, especially in comparison to other rental companies of similar size was very reasonable. I would rent from this company again. Great communications with Jeff! He was super helpful and patiently adjusted my order several times. I was thinking about renting lights and he even offered to do a site visit to help me out! I order 10 tables and 125 chairs. They were all in good condition, arrived on time and the team setting it up (Daniel I think?) did a great job and were happy to accommodate me as I worked out placement of the tables. I did a lot of research on prices and AAA Rents and Events was one of the most affordable ones I found. There is only one thing I think that could have been improved; arranging delivery and pick up times. I wasn't given a window (8am-12pm) until the day before drop off. I was crazy busy 2 days before my wedding and this made it really difficult to have to wait around at home for 4 hours. Plus I couldn't tell my florist when to deliver until I heard from them. If that could be improved that would be great!I still give AAA Rentals, Jeff, Carlos, Daniel 5 stars though! They did a fantastic job and ultimately delivered a good product and service on time! Had to plan a party in a short amount of time and they had everything I needed for the party.Came through in a clutch.They delivered and picked up at the date and time we agreed on. The party was at our home so there was no time constraints. They dropped off the day before the party and they picked up two days after the party.I'm reading some of the nightmare scenarios in the other reviews and I don't doubt that it happened. I just happened to have some flexibility in my schedule. So my observation is this: If you're not in a time crunch and you have space to temporarily store the party stuff for several days, AAA Rents will work great for you. More...

I used AAA rents to rent a tent and some other items for my husband's birthday party recently. All I can say they were just great. Starting with Jeff who patiently worked with me as I changed my mind constantly on how I wanted the tent to look. Also the crew that did the installation was very professional and accommodated me in every way. The tent and chandeliers looked fabulous and all of my friends wanted to know who I used. Wow, these guys are amazing!!! I run over 100 tradeshows/conferences a year at my corporate job, so I appreciate and understand the details of event planning. There is no other company in the valley that I would have rather partnered up with for my very own 40th birthday party. From beginning to end, my experience was wonderful. This place really saved me. The rental place (Edi Party Rental) I had originally ordered from for my son's Bar Mitzvah told me 3 days before that there was a mix up and they no longer had enough of my color linens in stock. Needless to say I was in a panic and started emailing every rental place in the L.A. Area I could find. Triple A got back to me asap and their prices were amazing. The ordering process went smoothly. Everything was delivered just as I ordered it (right size, make, model, etc.). Everything was picked up at the proper time. My order was relatively simple, but I had great customer service. I'm not sure how there can be any shadiness in terms of cost.  You are given a contract after your order is placed with the exact number of items you rented, the cost, and the time of delivery and pickup. I got great service for Triple A, I had a house warming party and needed a few extra chairs and tables I got two round tables plus a very nice  umbrella for both and and extra long table for serving complete with table cloths. they delivered and picked up as well as adjusted the order last minute. Getting the extra stuff made the party very smooth and not having to haul it in and out was worth the minimal delivery fee. The Cost was well worth it and all the staff were very service oriented. I'm bummed to see Janet's review below. I just had chairs and a outdoor light delivered and had a great experience. This is the second time I've used the company for rentals. The first time was in September '09 for my baby shower, and they delivered the chairs, tables and lights on time, and delivery and pick up went smoothly. For both times, they called a few days in advance to confirm my order, and the day-of delivery I called them to get an approximate time of delivery so I wouldn't have to waste my day waiting around. The deliver guys were both friendly. The first time I used them, they forgot to supply a filter for a light, so they came back to drop it off. Hopefully Janet's experience was a one-off. More...

I am getting married and needed rentals for the wedding site and happily stumbled across AAA Rents and Events.  I was a nervous bride about all the details and it felt really good to have a vendor that I felt confident to take care of that very important detail.  I've seriously have had an amazing experience with them.  Carlos provided excellent service...he even came out to the site and measured certain areas prior to at no additional charge.  I had many many questions and changes throughout the whole process and he has been extremely helpful along the way.  Their prices were overall better as well, and they went above and beyond in regards to their service.    I highly recommend them for any of your future events!  They are all around awesome!
