I offer 1-to-1 and small group personal based out of a private and well equipped gym in Ranmore Common, 10 minutes outside of Dorking, Surrey .
In the gym we focus on delivering the highest level of coaching possible, taking the methods used with elite athletes but delivering them to everybody to help people perform better in their day to day life, as well as live a healthier, happier life.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
- Delivering structured training sessions based on their individual goals, aims, training experience and mobility.
- Providing mobility based homework for clients with access to a video library to help improve movement and get people moving well
- Providing nutritional support and advice
- Teaching clients how to live a healthy life sustainably and easily
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
A combination of hard work, commitment, well structured training and being sensible with food. And that doesn't mean fad diets, but learning how to eat what you want to while understanding the energy balance.
What do you love most about your job?
At the end of the day the thing i love is helping people, seeing clients get the results they want and more along with providing them with some time out from their day to day routine and stress of work or life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The ability to train clients the way I always wanted to be trained, in a manner that delivers sustainable results to clients in the shortest possible time. Where I am not constrained to the usual corporate gym environment of having to drag the training out as long as possible.

Online Training
A bespoke 12 week training program that is tailored to you, your time and facilities. This includes:
- Movement and fitness assessment, with a written report and feedback
- Bespoke 12 week training program based on goals, facilities and equipment and assessment results
- Bespoke nutritional advice and guidance.
- Videos of each exercise for you to complete
- Feedback and video assessment of your form and technique for exercises
- Unlimited access and support to me through email, phone, Skype and WhatsApp
The 12 week training program is £150
1-To-1 Personal Training
I offer 1-to-1 home or outdoor based training sessions, ideal if you need that extra element of motivation you get with having someone there to push you. The one to one training will include:
- Mobility screening and fitness assessment to determine your baseline level of fitness we are working from
- Bespoke training, each session is designed to build towards an end goal and is a gradual progression to the goals you set at the start.
- Coaching on form and technique for each exercise and movement
- Nutritional advice and guidance tailored to you and your goals.
- Homework based exercises to complete in between sessions to maximise results
- Unlimited access to me and support through emails, phone, Skype and WhatsApp in between sessions.
