WOW! I was so impressed by A&A Parking from the beginning. From the quick response times to their over the top customer service. Other valet services felt either very pushy to sign a contract with them or uninterested in my business at all. Raphy made sure that I was going to be happy with their services in every way. He gave me the BEST QUOTE. He was very easy to correspond with, as he messaged back quickly on Yelp and gave me his personal cell number to call and text as needed. This customer service is so far beyond all else in the industry. On the day of the event, all of my guests were so blown away by the top notch valet. Some people said it was like we were at a hotel, as hotels have their valet on point! All of the valet staff were so kind and good at their job. We used A&A Parking Services for our wedding in Malibu. Due to the location, the parking was very difficult. Miguel and his crew did a phenomenal job of making it a streamline process and valeting every guest up to the venue and parking there car. Great services very profesional staff and supervisor was unbelievably helpful from the pricing to the end of my wedding I was so frustrated about the whole parking situation as soon as they arrive my guest were well teated we totally forgot about how frustrated the parking situation was highly recommend ask for supervisor Miguel Favela very nice, polite and professional staff.

We hired A & A to do Valet for our recent wedding. From start to finish they could not have been more helpful or efficient. When I first booked the manager personally ensured he would be at our event and assured me he understood the craziness of a wedding as he was getting married soon too. We have a tremendous experience in private events such as parties, Home gathering, House warm parties, Holidays events, Birthdays, Bar Miz vah, Memorials, Quinceañeras.
