Steve and his colleague were very helpful and efficient, they were very professional and told me what my issues were straight away. They gave valuable feedback and were quick and effective at sorting the problem out immediately; as well as checking my booster aerial and connectors, they also put in a new one in for my daughter which will be a lovely surprise for her when she comes home from school! They also gave me a bit of a discount because I was paying for call out, a new aerial and a new connector, all on the same day so I was surprised and happy that it was so quick and cost effective. They gave me a quote and a time that they would turn up and they stuck to both. Fast work. Only there 10 minutes or so. One of my satellite boxes was not working after they left but with a phone call to the engineer he told me what to do. Much appreciated

Nice and quick job with no mess. Called at short notice last night to fit a Sky cable into my garage conversion today and they said no problem. Asked me where I wanted the cable to finish and then they professionally installed the cable from dish to box. Would definitely recommend, very reasonable price as well, 2/3 price for Sky to do it and they couldn't do until December. More...

My Dad had problems with his TV signal, which was coming through a satellite dish. For ages, the signal had been weak, but a few days ago, it stopped altogether. I tried to sort it out myself, but didn't really know what to do.I found AA Digital Aerials number online, spoke to one of the team there, and they came round the next morning. They identified the problem within 10 minutes, which was a tree which had grown in the way of the dish. So they relocated the dish, installed new cable, and didn't leave until the picture was crystal clear. My Dad was over the moon with the service, as was I. I can't recommend them highly enough. Called AA Digital Aerials after the recent high winds had dislodged our old aerial and left it broken and flat on the tiles. Phoned at 9:30am and the old aerial had been removed and replaced with a much better model by 2:30pm the same day despite the poor weather. Was kept informed regularly by phone during the day as to when the team would be arriving so I could make sure someone would be in and when they arrived both the service and the price were excellent.
