Used AA Cooper for a full bathroom refurb and they managed the whole thing - plumbing, electrics, tiling, plastering etc. Jack Cooper lead the team and delivered a first rate service . We were kept regularly updated, discussed any options as the project went along and ensured it was all completed to a high standard. Best of all, this company calls you each day to ask if you had any issues and also confirm who would be attending the following day and what their tasks would be. I have no hesitation in recommending A A Cooper. Every member of the team has been friendly and polite. We were provided with a clear and detailed schedule of work and quotations and the firm kept in touch at every stage to let us know what was happening. Everybody arrived and left at the agreed time and worked professionally and tidily. We were very pleased with the end result, which was completed earlier than expected and the invoices completed in line with the original quotes. What do you love most about your job?
I love engaging with customers. Working with a lot of people i have gained a wealth of knowledge in the construction industry and it is a real pleasure offering inspiration and ideas to customers about their projects.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business due to popular demand, i was working evenings and weekends to keep everyone happy. I am a workaholic and love dealing with people, making their dreams and ideas come together.
