Ronnie from A1 tv services dealt with my warranty repair very quickly , efficiently & was extremely proficient in dealing with me getting a new tv all processed within the day , due to panel failure & beyond economic repair , he supplied me with useful information regarding a replacement 75” model . Recommend for future dealings .

Had a repair done under the Richer sounds 5 year guarantee - 40 Samsung tv needed a new led panel. Engineer was friendly, service was professional, part was ordered in and tv returned on the 7th working day. 100% satisfied with repair.

Needed an independent report for my Samsung TV. This Company came picked up telly and returned it promptly. Kept me informed. The guys who picked up the telly were efficient and friendly and the owner was helpful. What I liked best Was that Ronnie was very honest which helped me decide what to do with the television. Service excellent came refit a cable, found it was a faulty sky box, as I am with Sky repair plan and can get a new box under that had to go to sky, A1 came out straight away, and did not charge me.
If I have any problems with a television I would immediately call out this company excellent service.

My new Panasonic tv stopped working, and I was referred to A1. A little out of the way for me (living in Edinburgh) but worth the drive considering the service I was given. Dropped the TV off, they called me about 4 days later updating me with the course of action and arranging repairs under warrantee. Another week later they arranged delivery to my front door at a time suitable to me! And on top of it the staff and manager could not have been more friendly. More...
