I had an awful leak from the 1st floor toilet which unfortunately made it's way down to the ground floor ceiling. I called Steve and very promptly he arranged to come and see the problem, then came back that evening to fix the issue. The leak was stoppped but another material part was needed and therefore another visit was required the next morning. Steven and his Team did an exceptional job under very difficult circumstances. A former plumber had been engaged to instal a new bathroom, he was taken ill. Steven was called to ask if he could complete the job. After inspection, Steven explained that the work so far carried out had to be undone, as it was not up to his standard.
