I can see that I'm following a trend now. (not surprised by the other comments.) I too had my boiler serviced by Ralph and I'm impressed enough to write a review that I almost never do. He was prompt, great manners and very knowledgeable. He found some faults and dealt with them efficiently by calling in for a service call for a part to be replaced and calling Cadent to rectify the low gas pressure from the meter which they did within 15 minutes.
