Ryan is the best college counselor ever! He's super knowledgeable and cares for his students deeply. He pushes his students and makes sure that our college admission essays are perfect. He really takes his time with each individual student. A1 is a great place to boost test scores and the tutors there are really awesome. They're located at 3700 Wilshire Blvd. #130 LA, CA 90010.A1 College Prep offers SAT, PSAT, ACT, and SAT II classes to help you build your scores. Also, if you're looking for some individual or group tutoring, that's also available here! AP test prep classes are also available to help you hone your skills and build your scores! There are also college consulting sessions that you can partake in -- this can help you decide what college is right for you and which classes you should focus in. All their teachers are invested in helping your succeed. If you need any additional help with homework or test prep, they'll be more than happy to help you! Wow! What an incredible and fantastic institution! While the prices are definitely not to be reckoned with, the payout is enormous. The SAT reading and writing class in particular is a head fake, teaching skills that will be useful  not only in the SAT, but also life. The counseling is superb and with hard work, anything can be done. Definitely would recommend! 11/10 - cost More...

The boot camps are intensive but helped me improve tremendously in a short amount of time. For a struggling student without much time to dedicate for independent study, this program was extremely useful. However, I would recommend all high school students to come for their college counselling. A1 helped introduce me to colleges that best fit my personality. I hope other students will also be able to achieve their goals through A1's invaluable guidance. More...
