I called in to there factory with all my measurements for my windows. The young lady explained to me that I should take advantage of there free measuring and fitting. I agreed and three days later a gentleman came and measured my windows and showed me samples of materials I picked one and four days later a young man came and fitted them. Very poor after sales service.
If your purchase is faulty, you will have to wait weeks to have it corrected. Telephone handling of customer complaints is not acceptable.

The young lad who fitted was very professional and polite and he even removed his shoes whilst in the house even though he was never asked too.
