I went here in order to rent a projector for my grandmother's memorial. The entire process was very easy, and I felt that the customer service rep genuinely felt sympathetic for my situation. I rented the projector on a Friday, and utilized it on Saturday. I returned it hassle free on Monday, and appreciated how simple the process was. My only issue, and the reason for the four stars is that during the presentation the projector repeatedly would have a grey box flash over my slideshow.
