I've loved my time with the Tribe, the instructors are all very welcoming, friendly and most importantly knowledgable. Throughout the training I received loads of support and advice both when in the gym and also when at home, be it regarding diet or home workout sessions via email, text, Facebook and online app. A really professional outfit which help deliver great results. Just Completed the 6 week Challenge what a life changing experience, lost a stone in weight and a large amount of body fat in just 6 weeks ! � Imagine what you can do in a year ! � All the trainers are first class and so supportive a big Thankyou to you all ! How emotional... Happy and devastated... the minute I walked in A Tribbe called Sweat for the first time I knew it’s going to be good, but I have never ever could have expected it to be THAT GOOD! This is a life changer! The team of professionals, super enthusiastic and encouraging and understanding and and and.... cannot compliment enough. This has definitely changed my life- I feel so much happier, have got loads more energy, propper confidence boost! I will definitely carry on with healthy eating habits and exercise, and I’ve made myself a promise that I will come back to A Tribe called Sweat as this ACTUALLY WORKS!!!! Really enjoy working out with the tribe. Every session is different and targets various parts of your body. I always feel great after a workout. The instructors are professional and very nice. I can't recommend 'A Tribe Called Sweat' enough to the first timer, or the most experienced fitness fanatic. I have been a member of gym's before, but never personal training and in group sessions like HIIT Training for example. Without doubt, I would never have pushed myself as hard as I do during my time here. I particularly like the HIIT sessions, as they last for a minimum of 30mins, and with traveling and the use of the facilities (showers), I am only out of the office for an hour at any one time. I needed a kick up the behind and to change my lifestyle following my work becoming more office based. Post two young children and No sleep, bad habits and quick fix meal solutions didn't help my fitness and I soon piled on the pounds. After my assessment, I was charged with loosing 25lb over the 6 week challenge. I am super chuffed and proud that I completed the course and requirements to smash the target and reach a weight loss off 27.5lbs. The hard work continues, as I now need to keep this weight off. Now being a Tribe member the continued help, support and all out fun received from the Trainees Andy, Josh, Maxine, Fiona will no doubt help me achieve this. I have met some lovely people and making good friends who are on the same journey and like minded people which makes a difference. Thanks to my Wife and Ben for the opportunity. More...

This amazing place is unlike any other gym I've ever been in. It is a PT Gym and the support you get from the trainers is outstanding. I wanted to do the 6 week challenge because I'd lost my motivation over December festive season and just hadn't managed to regain it and I hoped that Ben and the team would be the fire under my bum that I needed.... And it was!!
I'm now a permanent member of the Tribe. Live it to bits. Here to stay!! ��

The thought of group fitness training filled me with dread, but I’m am so happy that I joined tribe, it’s fun and everyone is so super friendly, and the support from all the trainers and fellow members has been amazing, the nutrition plan is simple to follow and I actually feel like I’m eating soooooo much more food than I ever have! ! Anyone who can get me to stop eating crisps for six weeks is a miracle worker....I would recommend this to anyone!! :) More...

This has probably been one of my most life changing experiences .... have absolutely loved working with everyone and am disappointed I am not able to be a "full time" triber but would recommend anyone who needs a kick in the right direction to give them a try. .... all so friendly but professional and am gonna miss being shouted at (and even andy with his roller) lol x thanks guys xx hopefully will get chance to come back x More...

I love this place and what it's done for me. All the trainers are welcoming and really want everyone to achieve their best. There's a fantastic atmosphere at every session and the support from trainers and other 'sweat'ers makes it so. The food plan was the first I've ever used where I've not been hungry and I've enjoyed every meal as it's proper food. I lost 4.6kgs and 6.7% body fat in the 6 week challenge but more importantly I've begun to enjoy exercise. Looking forward to the next chapter. More...

I was very sceptical when I saw the advert for the 6week challenge but after being at an all time low with my weight and fitness - I thought “what have I got to loose” I have been a member of so many different gyms I have lost count. I have tried lots of different training and diets and I honestly thought I had tried them all. But then I walked through the doors to my first HIIT session at Tribe and I honestly thought WOW, this is a completely different style of training I have ever done before!
And from the first session I was hooked.
Throughout my whole 6week challenge the support from everyone was incredible and really encouraging. Plus my total outlook on food has been transformed
The difference between a high street gym and tribe is the care and passion they all have. I have only felt positive and motivated. Every trainer I have had gives you 100% support and I have not felt uncomfortable once.
I have so impressed and grateful to the whole tribe of sweat team, I cannot recommend you enough.
My weight loss journey has just begun and am confident that I can reach my personal goal.

For a while I was trying to get a handle on food stuff and a healthier lifestyle and get back to a Happy Place - I would make progress for a few weeks but get disheartened or derailed by something, give up, get frustrated, start again and around and around like this for months. I just couldn't seem to make it work.
Then I saw a shout out on Facebook for ladies wanting to start a 6 week Challenge at a local gym, A Tribe Called Sweat and I thought Yes, this is exactly what I need. We had just moved to a new area and I was also feeling a bit unsettled and still finding my feet in our new home town.
It was a strict eating plan, HIIT classes and a bit of financial jeopardy - a perfect combination for me.
I completely surpassed my expectations and lost a whopping 26lbs in 6 weeks but I couldn't have done this without the amazing trainers at Tribe and the support of the other Challengers. My goals were to: lose weight, feel better, get my mojo back, increase my health and energy and make some new friends. I have done all these things and couldn't be happier. The trainers generously gave up their time to show me how to manage some little injury/knee niggles that I've been living with for some time, and were beyond helpful with advice when I had a tricky week and my progress seemed to get stuck.
The support has been incredible, and my entire mindset has changed. It's totally crazy how I have gone from craving certain bad foods to being completely uninterested in them within 6 weeks and feeling really good about it. I have control with things that previously I thought I couldn't have in the house!
I was trying to get something done on my own, not getting there and feeling pretty wretched - and now I'm part of a Tribe giving me that team element and support that I think I was missing in my efforts.

Hey that song in the Lego Movie really was onto something, you know? �

It's been hard work, intense, super fun, exhausting, rewarding, and SO worth every second.

I’ve always thought that going to the gym would be boring and full of self centred people. I also believed that dieting meant starving yourself but I have never been so WRONG !

The 6 weeks challenge with the Tribe has been amazing ! I have been welcomed with open arms, trained with beautiful people in an atmosphere rich of laughter and hard work. The PTs are outstanding, always pushing you to work harder without ever making you feel like you’re not doing enough. Everyone has their own limits and the TCS team knows how to encourage you and get you to achieve more than you’d ever thought you’d be capable of.

Even if I haven’t reached my target, I have taken new healthy habits and am going to carry on in the right direction. I have just signed up for a year, starting with the 8 weeks passport. I can’t wait to start on this new journey and reach my personal goal with the Tribe’s help !

This gym is like no other I’ve been to before, there’s a really inclusive feel and always support from the trainers whatever your starting ability is. There’s loads of encouragement, no mirrors and everyone is there for the same reason- to work hard and tone up. I really look forward to my morning work outs, they have had a positive impact on all areas of my life not just my fitness!
(I didn’t think I’d ever say this about a gym as I used to be one of those people that would go to a big gym for 10 mins on the treadmill, feel uncomfortable and then have a frothy coffee afterwards �)

This gym is perfect for anybody at any stage of their weight loss/get fitter journey. I would highly recommend it to everybody of all shapes and sizes. All of the team are very friendly, professional and make you feel welcome and important. The workouts are never boring, always different, fun, but challenging. There are no mirrors so you can forget about what you look like and go for it without feeling self conscious. I lost 6.4 percent body fat in 6 weeks. That worked out to be about 8kg or about 1.25 stone and it was easy.

My experience at Tribe has been the most effective and efficient training i have ever been involved with. I played a good level of football (ish) cycled 100 miles for fun, completed the 3 peaks challange. The 6 weeks doing this got me in shape much much faster. i was also a member of a david lloyd for years and the PT there doesn't even come close to this.

From the awsome music in the gym to how the team conduct themselves tribe is effortlessly fun and engaging. You feel a member of a community with a common goal rather than just a paying customer of a fitness club.

Tribe has the potential to change your fitness and health culture in a remarkable way. if you are still looking for the answer, this may well be it.

I have just completed the 6 week challenge and I am sooooooooooo happy with the result - I have lost 7.3% body fat! � The hard work has paid off!

The TCS team motivated, educated and inspired me! They were also very supportive.

The food plan is easy to follow - I have tried diet plans before and this one was def the easiest - hardly any prep! TCS also make the best protein shakes - they taste like a milk shake!

Before doing the challenge I was scared of the gym and was unsure if the gym was for me (I am more of a yogi �), but I have been converted and � it!

The trainers make sure you do all the exercises correctly so you get the most out of the session. They also made all the sessions fun - I couldn’t believe I was enjoying being at the gym �

I want to say a big thank you to all the trainers for their hard work!! ����

I am so happy that I have been able to stay a Tribe member - I would have been gutted to leave. �

My time with tribe has been an emotional roller coaster. From my first, apprehensive emails to lead trainer, Ben, onto my first Hiit training session with the incredible PTs at Tribe, to making new, life long fitness suffering friends I can honestly say I have loved the journey.
True, despite following the diet plan to the letter, upping my home workouts and killing myself in the tribe gym 3 x a week, I didn’t hit my target and I lost my deposit as I couldn’t join the membership scheme but, I did loose a steady 3lb a week and 3” off my waist. I feel better for eating better and I am now going to continue with my 3lb a week loss until I get to a personal goal. It doesn’t feel like dieting anymore, and I will be reintroducing a cup or tea to my diet, but processed foods and “one won’t hurt” are now long gone from my life.
I lost sight for the last few weeks why I was doing this. I have never watched a scale so intently in my life, and it’s not something I recommend. If your clothes feel loser, your skin looks better and you actually look forward to what Andy, Josh, Maxine or Fiona have hidden on their upturned pieces of paper from hell, then Tribe is working for you.
If you’re thinking of joining tribe, I can honestly say I would do it all again... fantastic gym, people and overall motivation!

I never thought exercise would would make me so emotional.

Certainly not something I thought I would be feeling 6 weeks ago on signing up to the tribe 6 week challenge (fear of throwing up on myself, maybe. .diet worries 100%!), but today at my final weigh in I’ve lost 6.3% of my body fat and a stone in weight. BOOM!

After 5 years of having children ...and a major op to repair my core as a result.....I was pretty terrified to get back into exercise. Then Tribe entered my life and though the whole flipping thing daunted me ‘to the max’ they were so positive that they could change my lifestyle that I went for it.

Boy am I glad I did!! It was the kick up the backside I needed and the results speak for themselves.

There aren’t enough words to praise the dedication and empathy that every trainer has for each person that walks through those doors. They are OUTSTANDING at what they do. No one is favoured, and you feel happy to work at your own pace amongst a group of differing levels, all encouraging one another.

Yes the diet was tough at times but now I’m used to it, and have developed good habits, I’m most certainly sticking with it.

If like me you know that somethings gotta change, but you need help and support to do it....then sign up to Tribe.

I’m totally gutted I can’t stay on right now but I hope to return as and when I can. In the meantime I know I will always be part of the tribe and can call on them if I need a boost.

So this is a both a happy and sad day but I would just like to say a mahoosive THANK YOU to Ben, Andy, Maxine, Josh, Fiona and Olly. Awesome � Awesome � Awesome �
