Achievement Heights Academy is a children's boutique model school and this was our first corporate year-end luncheon. It was a small private party and I received a caterer's cancellation at the height of the holiday season. What could I possibly do? A friend recommended Touch if Spain and More and so I called Chef Gianni Morandi. Chef Gianni promptly emailed me a menu that I could not refuse. From that moment, I have nothing but accolades for Touch of Spain and More!We started with the most amazing assortment of imported cheeses and breads, wonderful olives all garnished with exquisite fruit arrayed picture perfect. While my guest enjoyed these appetizers, the Chef prepared completely on site the most delicious two main courses: mixed seafood and chicken paellas! They also provided a delectable green salad with bread. Finally, my guests enjoyed an array of individual portioned fruit tarts and tiramisu! Add to this, the congenial service and WOW! what a perfect event! My guests were thrilled. I cannot wait to use Touch of Spain and More for future events. What an amazing experience from the minute Gianni & Christina saidHello at our front door. The set up, service  and the food was 5 starFrom start to finish. We purchased the party that A Touch Of SpainSo generously donated to a charity event.  Our 22 quests were So impressed while watching the preparation and the food was literally To die for!!!! We can not wait for our next Paella Party which we hope will be very soon.  Don't forget to order the FLAN! What you see is what you get, it really is as tasty as it looks. The true photos on their site speak louder than anything I could write. Our family and friends, ahem, absolutely love A Touch of Spain and More - Gianni and his team make the most amazing Paella Mixta  et al. The tapas and dessert (signature flan) are super!  A touch of Spain takes pride in their work, are kind, courteous and take the stress away when hosting 25+ guests. Tomorrow will be the 3rd time we use them in a 12 month period...had to rent tables and chairs this time, everyone invited is attending after hearing who is catering :) More...

We had the opportunity of having Chef Gianni host a party at our house for 35 people. What an amazing experience. Watching him cook was a treat, and the food was delicious. The ingredients used were fresh and high quality. He was very efficient is the setup and clean up after wards, including making small to-go boxes. And on top of that he is a very friendly personable person. Prices starting at $20 per person are downright cheap. Will definitely use him again..... its a great way of feeling transformed to Spain for a meal. More...

Sawgrass Springs Middle School had their End-of-the-Year party catered by A Touch of Spain by Chef Gianni. Â His paella was extremely delicious! Chef Gianni was professional and friendly. What was different about Chef Gianni is that he was able to cater to everyone's dietary needs. We had plenty of left overs and Chef Gianni put together to go boxes for all of us. Had the pleasure of hosting a NYE party with our son and all his friends.. Chef Gianni and his lovely wife Cristina were a delight to plan and work with. . it was not our first time using their catering services and won't be the last.. from beginning to end the night went smoothly and the Menu we chose from Tapas to dessert  were excellent!! Some of our favorites were the Coconut Shrimp, Mini Flank Steak on corn cake with chimichurri, array of delicious salad choices and of course the chef's amazing Flan and Tiramisu..
