Wow! Great experience! I needed a lawn tractor immediately and found no options for even two day delivery... until thank God, I found A to Z! Diane was friendly and helpful. Price was $100 cheaper than big box store (which carries none in stock). A to Z matched price on grass catcher, and delivered with catcher attached, the next day - for FREE! Robert let me know when he was on his way, and offered plenty of help to familiarize me with the machine. Diane followed up that afternoon AND the next morning to make sure everything is satisfactory! Thank you! Recently was at the Goodyear location and had a super excellent experience when renting a few tools for my home projects. Not really being a DIY guy it was really nice having Johnathan there to answer all my questions and make sure I got all the right equipment for my job . I have used equipment from the Avondale store 2 times and both times the staff members were great. They help me pick out the right piece of equipment and were able to show me how to use it. They were able to bring equipment from other locations so I could pick it up there. Unlike other equipment rental places they are open on Saturdays. I would give 5 stars but their Saturday hours don't allow for 8hours of same day use on an 8 hour rental. Otherwise this place is great. More...

I can tell you as a former employee of A-Z, they are extremely fair and do whatever is necessary to make a customer happy.
