When I called the first time the phone was answered quickly and I went straight through to a knowledgeable and helpful adviser. The application process was far less painless than I'd expected and the communication was clear and the process thoroughly explained throughout. When I then had a number of follow up questions, I was assured that there was no rush or pressure to confirm the policy. I dealt with a senior advisor named Aaron since Sept when I bought my property, who was so understanding. I pretty much gave him the run around not because I didn't want to take up the policy but just because work and life were so hectic and got in the way. He was kind enough to not bagger me and apply pressure to take up the policy but was very understanding and gave me time to get my head straight and ask as many questions as required to feel comfortable to take my life insurance policy out. If im ever looking for insurance , i wouldnt go anywhere else , the advisor neal who i dealt with was amazing and helped me step by step and made my quote more personal , i wanted to make sure my family was safe in case anything happened , i got more cover for a cheaper price as the online questionaire was generic , neal put a lot of work in and made my quote about me and my family rather than one than thats is for everyone , he was superb throughout the whole process and even went away and worked to find the best insurance he could find for me , as i said ill be using neal and lifesearch for any insurance in the future , im so glad he called and to top it off this is a free service . ..unbelievable .
