Absolute EXCELLENT service. If you want your day to go well, with hassle free travel, book with A Star Minibuses. I booked a minibus for my daughter's wedding. Shak was our driver for the day and he was prompt, friendly and accommodating. The minibus was spotlessly clean and very spacious with room in the back for luggage. Cannot fault the service. We used this taxi service, for our pre-booked airport transfers flying out and back to different airports for 15 girls for our Ibiza trip. With such a large group, it is a concern that the cabs work out; the whole service was carried out efficiently, with very professional drivers and a clean smart minibus. They watched flights and kept us updated of contact numbers and driver locations both ends through WhatsApp which was ideal for us. And to top it off they were one of the cheaper quotes out of the 7 other companies we called which swayed us to use them initially. What can i say, everything about our experience with A* was perfect. Nothing was to much trouble (even arranging multiple pickups at the last minute)
The Minibus was on time, very clean and in excellent condition. Our driver was pleasant and courteous and gave us detailed instruction on what we needed to do upon our return.
As a group, we go away a couple of times a year and in the past have paid a much higher price for a far inferior service with other "larger " coach companies.
I have absolutely no qualms in recommending A Star and we will 100% be using them again in the near future.

For me reliability is far more important then price. I booked a 12 seater, from Oxford to Heathrow. Pick up time was 5am, and the driver turned up 20 mins early, and helped us with all our luggage. Got us to Heathrow nice and early, and did quality driving. We also used them to bring us back the following week.
