We are available to serve your tax preparation needs year round. We prepare individual 1040 tax returns; 1120, 1120S, 1065 business tax returns; 990 non-profit tax returns; and 1041 trust tax returns. We prepare all prior tax years and states. Our prices are calculated by the tax form and are listed on our website. Our prices are reasonable compared to the national tax preparation firms. Our tax preparers are here year round to answer your questions. We offer day, evening, and weekend appointments at select locations. We provide accounting services. We will reconcile your bank account, credit card statements, and loans. We understand that you don't have the time or maybe your not organized. You can drop off your bag of receipts. We will sort through the receipts and total them into categories for use on your tax return. We can, with your permission, log into your bank accounts remotely and perform your bookkeeping. We use and can train you on various bookkeeping software including QuickBooks, QuickBooks online, Xero, and Peachtree. We are flexible to meet your needs.
For small businesses we provide payroll services. We can process your payroll weekly, biweekly, bimonthly, monthly, or quarterly. We can provide the check amounts to pay your employees or direct deposit. We will pay your payroll taxes and file all necessary payroll tax forms. We will prepare your employees W2s at the end of the year. We will provide documentation and file your Workman's Compensation Audit.
You can meet with an Accountant about starting your own business. Our approach is to teach you about the different types of organizations: LLC, Partnership, Corporation and an S Corporation. We want you to understand the tax differences between each organization. You'll be able to make an informed decision of whether or not you should incorporate or be a sole proprietorship. You will have access to an Accountant to ask questions. We take you through the steps of incorporating, getting a Federal Identification Number, obtaining a bank account, and filing for the necessary government account numbers for processing payroll and sales tax.
