Dale is a professional who has the right skill, attitude, feel and understanding of the task in front of him. It took me three long years of trying, failing and loosing money before Dale took over. Dale treats every job with respect and great imagination regardless the size, even a small job is performed with a major attention to every detail. He never gives up even if cusomer's money is short but is always there to help and accommodate any financial circumstances of the customer. Dale spends time researching and exploring the project in front of him in every detail and uses his imagination to always surprise with his delivery. Dale's communication skills are remarkable, he is always ready to give advise and if a customer is wrong he uses lots of examples, demonstration and evidence to communicate very gently why he would rather disagree. Firstly, Dale is a true professional. I could not be happier with the immaculately finished end product. He kept me constantly up to date with progress, listened to my suggestions and used his extensive knowledge to guide me in the right direction. Despite the job throwing up some unforeseen issues Dale remained solution focused. In short nothing was to much trouble.Dale project managed throughout using a team of other trusted professionals whom also aspire to his very high standards and work ethic least not his tiler who worked a miracle with the less than true walls. Absolutely OUTSTANDING work. From the offset dale was there to guide us through the process of having a complete new bathroom fitted. Quoting us a very reasonable price and always at hand for any questions and guidance we needed. Never let us down, so reliable. Takes so much pride in his work and finishes to a very very high standard. He is exceptionally tidy and everytime we came home the house was spotless. I’ll start by saying that Dale is a genuine and honest bloke,so you can trust that he will do the job that he says he will. He didn’t hesitate in getting around to us to do a quote and run through the ideas we had and give us the best course of action to take...unlike two other plumbers who didn’t even bother getting back to us. He was in constant contact with us and you can tell he knows his craft well. If we had a query he was straight back to us. He works quickly where he can but he doesn’t cut corners. He said we wouldn’t be disappointed before he started which is brave,but he kept his word. He Told us where we could save money if we really wanted too but it was definitely worth going all out. He has great attention to detail so rest assured that if you aren’t happy then neither is he so his standards are very high! Used Dale to fully refurbish my ensuite, he was professional from his first visit to completion. Dale discussed options with me, showed photos from recent jobs and charged exactly what he quoted. Dale uses floor and door covers to protect the house during the work, the whole job was to take 5 days, to finish the job he worked both Saturday and Sunday. Dale completely ripped out the old fittings including tiles and old shower and in one week transformed the room. I am extremely impressed with his workmanship, he concentrates on the details and takes pride in his work. He has transformed the old ensuite into a modern plush one. I would not hesitate to recommend Dale to refurb bathrooms. Dale goes the extra mile, the week after the refurb my neighbour saw water coming from the main bathroom overflow, I was away in Scotland and called Dale who fortunately still had my door key and fixed the jammed open ball valve in the old WC and refused to take any money for coming round. We found Dale through mybuilder and he did an excellent job of fixing and replacing the areas that were leaking in our bathroom. His quote was a few hundred pounds cheaper than another plumber we had out to provide a quotation. The job was more complicated than he thought and we complicated the job further by changing our mind about the tiles, but he seemed more than happy to help and let us know of a few additional costs that cropped up (due to rotten floorboards that needed replacing and the more time consuming mosaic tiles that we chose). before continuing with the work/ we purchased the tiles. He installed a new shower and tiles and it looks brilliant. He was quick to communicate when we had questions, and he even came on a Saturday to make sure the work was completed on time. We first used Dale's company 3 years ago to build a mezzanine in my daughter's bedroom. Dale came up with several solutions for this problem build. We have always found Dale and his team to be punctual, clean working, excellent communicators, value for money and keen to provide a quality service. We have been so happy with his work that we wouldn't use anyone else. He has subsequently rebuilt our hallway, added a porch to our home, extended our downstairs toilet into a beautiful wetroom and has just completed a new fitted kitchen and breakfast room for us. We found this service amazing 5 stars all of our carpets were protected throughout and cleaned down everyday .Dale helped to advise us on the products we should use and even supplied us with a granite window sill at an unbelievable price our bathroom has completely transformed into a luxury wet room it looks so much bigger would definitely recommend to friends and family

How long have you been in business?
I have been self employed for around 8 year before this I was completing a 4 year plumbing heating and gas apprenticeship with a very reputable company
My father was also into property refurbishment so I entered into bathrooms etc even while I was still at school
What guarantee does your work come with?
My work comes with a 2 year guarantee but the workmanship will last well beyond this
What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy the transformation when I take an old grubby bathroom and transform it into a luxurious wetroom or bathroom with granite window sills and vanity tops glass splash backs etc and seeing the customers face especially if they haven't been there during the installation process
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started by doing a full plumbing apprenteship including gas.
Unfortunately doing the gas work just didn't cut it for me fitting a boiler on a wall just didn't give me the same enjoyment as transforming a bathroom so I did a course in tiling and learned to plaster etc so I can complete the full installation
