Its not only the quality of work that I use to rate a company but how they handle the snafus of life. There was confusion with my appointment so I waited a little longer than expected. News flash: nobody is perfect even contractors! Israel and his wife Nancy took care of me and left me happy. The gutter on my neighbor's garage looks great! Talk about a great customer service! A plus did a fantastic job installing gutters back in March/April.  Recently I had a drain pipe installed onto one of downspout they installed and had contacted them again to see if I can order the same color extension( it was royal brown, big box stores only have white) Nancy graciously followed upon it quickly and and now I have matching color extension.  I was willing to pay for it but she declined to bill me.  True five stars customer service, I can't wait to have them come back to install my detached garage gutter, I recommend A plus for stellar installation/customer service, thank you!! Israel came out to do an estimate for me. Extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. On top of all, he was very patient in addressing my countless questions with transparency. Price is very fair! I'm a new homeowner and I appreciate him taking his time explaining every little detail and match the color of the home. Thank you, Sir!Nancy from the office then scheduled a time. Very nice and patient person as well amid receiving my endless emails to make the schedule work. My schedule is tight and I preferred to be home when the work is performed in case I had more questions especially being a homeowner for less than 2 months. She was very responsive to my calls and emails. Thank you very much. I know you have so many calls to take.Clarence and Chris came today along with his dog Tony. They were very professional. Both of them Addressed all my concerns and showed me the color of the gutter as well as going over how they sloped the gutter slightly to ensure water does not accumulate with a smooth flow to the down spout. Very personable people and trust worthy. Best thing is, after the work, they cleaned up and took away the old gutter. I have had people done some work on my home for other things. I sometimes have to clean up garbage afterwards. Clarence and Chris really took their time and they were very careful with my wife's flowers and plants. Finally! A company whose name actually matches the quality of workmanship and customer service that you end up receiving. From beginning to end A Plus Gutter Systems handled everything with professionalism, immense expertise, and a great deal of speed . From Israel to Nancy to their wonderful installer Jose--everyone was a complete joy to work with. Even after the initial install, when we expressed to them that we wanted the downspout to be re-routed, they ended up  returning on a Saturday to ensure that our project  was completed exactly to our liking! Usually, most companies are MIA post-completion/payment, but not A Plus! They also have the best products out there--it's hard to find seamless, high quality, super hip box-gutters that are pre-painted, but these guys have them! From the estimate to the field install, working with Isreal,Nancy, Chris and Jose was painless. Any questions or concerns were immediately addressed through Nancy in the office. We appreciated the field guys communicating options for the down spout supports. The guys took extra precautions to not trample our yard area which was just recently  completed. My new gutters look fantastic -- why did I wait so long?! Well, two reasons. First, I had no idea that I could replace the fancy (but rusted beyond repair) custom box gutters on my house with seamless gutters that look almost identical. Just had new gutters installed. A-Plus (appropriately named) came in $300 less than another highly rated competitor and after talking with Nancy on the phone I decided to move forward with them. The guys did a great job and were very accommodating. After finishing up there were just a few adjustments I wanted them to make and that was no problem - the guys were back out within just a few days, took care of everything, and earned another 5-star review. Top notch!  Nancy was always very responsive and Israel provided excellent service.  This is the second home that A-Plus Gutter has done for us and, once again, they did a fantastic job!  Christopher, Peppe, Lou and Pedro went above and beyond to put up our gutters in a timely manner and tested them out at the end of the day.  They were all professional and great to deal with.  The price was very reasonable and the contemporary gray gutters truly enhanced our home.  This is one of the best companies I've worked with and I have built a number of high end homes.  Could not recommend them more! Excellent service, even more excellent product, and great price.   First I spoke to a lady, I think her name was Nancy, over the phone and she was very helpful and nice to deal with.  Oh and she speaks perfect english - the few other places I called did not as well which isn't a deal breaker but sure does make it harder to get information.  With Nancy she communicated very simply and clearly what I needed to know to book an appointment.  A guy came out, I don't recall his name but he measured my house and gave me more specific information while he was out here and then followed up right away with a quote.  He was nice to deal with, was trustworthy and I felt safe letting him onto my property - with all the remodeling I've done - I've had some vendors that I felt I had to more closely supervise.  The quote was around the same price as the other vendors I got quotes from - except theirs was for a much higher quality product.  The other quotes were just your standard typical cheap looking gutters and downspouts.  I have a modern home so I wanted modern gutters - and this was the only place I could find that could do it. So I signed up right away and paid my deposit which was only 10% of the project amount.  They scheduled me for about a week and a half later after I paid my deposit.... which happens to be today.   So today Chris and Pepe came to do the install... they showed up during the time they were scheduled for which was nice.  They got started right away and after a full day of working - about 9 hours later - they finished.  First, I want to say that they worked diligently and quietly.  I've been having a lot of vendors working on my yard and my home and I liked how they were very respectful of my property and the fact that I was working from home today.  I was able to go about my day undisturbed while they worked outside - sans my dog barking at them through the window every so often, but that's my fault not theirs.  Also, just like the rest of their team - they spoke perfect english and was able to communicate very clearly so that I was able to understand what they had planned for the day.  Very rare in LA to find - many other vendors hire non-english-speaking workers and that does get in the way and makes it a bit difficult when you need to ask something.  These guys knew their product, knew their trade, (you can tell) had experience and knowledge of their industry and their company - and when it came down to their work - it showed!And the final product is amazing... exactly what I wanted - modern gutters that I don't even notice on my home because the modern look of it fits so perfectly in with the roof, fascia and soffits.  The color was spot on perfect - matching my modern aluminum roof.  I highly recommend these guys and any future home projects I do - I will be calling them right away and won't even bother calling anyone else. I was looking for modern style rain gutters and came across A-Plus Gutter Systems via Yelp.  Checked out all the photos of their work and liked what I saw.  I then noticed they have 2 locations but none in the Inland Empire but insisted I give it a try anyways.  Nancy emailed me back right away requesting photos of my home to provide an estimate without having to come by.  An estimate was provided along with samples of 2 gutter styles and color chips.  Half a year later I decided to contact Nancy again and received more color chips and they honored the same estimate that was provided.  Nancy is very responsive via email and we scheduled a date for the job.  A crew of 3 showed up earlier than scheduled and finished the same day.  Everything went smoothly.  The crew noticed that the job was actually 100+ linear feet longer than estimated and Israel didn't ask for a penny more.  That is what you call customer service at its best.  Thank you A-Plus Gutter Systems for a job well done. I have been so impressed with this company.  I actually found them via Yelp -- and they were one on of the few gutter companies that actually responded to my request for a gutter repair.    It was only a small job, but Nancy in the office was incredibly responsive.   When I thought the fix they did needed a little tweaking, Israel called me and shortly thereafter his people came out and adjusted the work to my satisfaction.    I agree with another reviewer -- if only all home repair people were like A-Plus, it would be a lot easier to be a homeowner. A-Plus Gutter Systems is A+! Nancy and Israel are amazing. I have a custom built home(I built my home) and I originally had galvanized gutters. They rusted out and had to be replaced. I could not find anyone who would do the aluminum gutters so looked on Yelp. Was REALLY hesitant to use someone from a reference I did not know, but was desperate. It has been the best decision ever. The entire process was incredible. Made an appointment with Nancy, Israel came out, a bid was sent out almost immediately, and an appointment was made. They are so responsible and responsive. I have never had dealings with any company like this. I needed my name added to the insurance....done, I needed a copy of the insurance.....done, I needed samples of the color of gutter....done, everything was amazing. Luis lead the crew, and one person was nicer than the next. So professional. I have never,as I have said, had such a wonderful experience. I was sorry to see them all leave. This is one time I wish there were six stars!A-Plus just installed rain gutters on my house in Lakewood, and I could not be more pleased! I found A-Plus through Yelp, and made a call for an estimate. Israel, the owner, came out and took almost an hour going over my options and measuring. A few hours later, I had an estimate, and the price was excellent. Israel gives a homeowner confidence in the company just by his enthusiasm and patience explaining various options.We opted for the "K" style, which is the style most commonly seen. I did like that I could see several other styles (it's always nice to have options) but for our house, the more traditional look was best. I wasn't sure about the color, so Nancy, Israel's wife and the director of operations, sent me some additional samples. Once we settled on the gutter color, we had to decide if we wanted the downspouts to match the bronze, or to match the white trim. We went with white downspouts and it looks great.The crew arrived on time and we went over the job. They got right to work and within a few hours, we had new gutters. We just finished having the exterior painted, and the gutters are the finishing touch. I've already had a couple of neighbors comment on them. I see a lot of crappy gutter installations all over SoCal in my job as an appraiser. Let me tell you, it pays to search for a professional, and A-Plus Gutter System is professional as you can get.If you need gutters, call Nancy at A-Plus and make an appointment for an estimate. This company installed beautiful, high-quality, sturdy rain gutters on my house and detached garage.  I say "beautiful" because Israel, who came out to give me an estimate, has an array of decorative brackets and leader heads available, in addition to round down spouts, that are not only functional, but eye-catching.  As a result of the top quality materials and paint his company used, my gutter system grabs your attention, and gives the exterior of the house a lovely finished look.  And the system will probably last a lifetime.Also, I appreciate the time Israel spent with me when he came out for the estimate, as well as his well-thought-out recommendations.  In particular, whereas a different company told me I would have to remove the decorative top molding around my older house (built in 1941) and replace it with flat planks of wood to install gutters, Israel told me no, he would just use special "T-straps" that secure the gutters in place underneath the shingles of the roof, to preserve my home's architectural integrity.  And he was right.  He did so, and the gutters are secure and firmly held in place, and the molding is untouched.Finally, the crew that came out was skilled and hardworking, in addition to be friendly and happily answering all of my questions.  And Nancy, who runs the office, was always professional, easy to reach,  and provided me with all the information I requested, without complaint.  She was wonderful to deal with.So, A-plus for everything.  Do yourself a favor, and hire this company! We hired this company to replace our old plastic gutters with metal ones, and if I had know it cost so little, I would have done it sooner. I am happy with the color we selected, but it would have been nice if there had been a few more similar colors to choose from, but that is really not that important. Professional, on time, courteous and skilled crew, worked in a safe manner, had proper insurance documents. Their office staff (I believe its the owner's wife) is the most professional and courteous person I've come across with home improvement contractors! I chose this company because they presented themselves in a professional manner, especially explaining to me the numerous gutter and downspout options available, and placement options.  Another gutter contractor quoted me a lower price, but without explaining the above to me.  I recommend this company.  Not the cheapest, but worth the small additional cost (in my experience).  I am a professional civil engineer, and spent years building freeways and other structures, so I believe I am able to judge as well as anyone.  Kudos to A-Plus Gutter Systerms More...

Let me start by saying I just met with Israel but haven't yet had my gutters installed.I've done some diligence and met with a few installers at this point. He seems to be the most competent and passionate about gutters installation options. Before meeting with us he was willing to spend about a half an hour in the phone advising me on how to distinguish a quality installation from a subpar installation, this conversation was had on the assumption that I wouldn't be using him because he was too busy with El Niño coming but still wanted to help me.I was able to sell him on coming out to orange county to have a look at my place, he is extremely well spoken and presents himself well. He is punctual and spent time walking my wife on and through different options and ideas, at no point did I feel pressured for a sale or upsell. I'm currently waiting on my quote from him but regardless of whether or not I use him right now I just wanted to share that he seems like a great person to work, at no point did he make my wife and I feel uncomfortable or dumb,  he really wants the job done as best as it can be done, he was forth coming in saying he may not be the cheapest quote but he doesn't compromise quality for cost. Israel came out to my house to give me an estimate for replacement gutters for my three bedroom house. This was back in September, maybe early October. They were scheduled pretty deep due to the El Nino fear but he was able to make some time to come by.I didn't end up using A-Plus for my gutters. I was redoing my roof and my roofer was able to tack it on to the job for about half the price that Israel quoted me. It was too cheap to pass up.I do still think that the quality of the gutters from A-Plus would have been higher (Israel showed me samples when he was at my house and I saw the difference in thickness). And sometimes I regret that I didn't just spend the extra money, even though my gutters are just fine.Anyway, A-Plus is a great little company and I appreciate the estimate. More...

APlus Gutters are tops.  Right from the beginning, I had a good vibe when booking the appointment for a free estimate.  Israel came out, explained options and his game plan, then answered questions in a comprehensible way.  Nancy patiently helped us through the color selection process.   The quoted price was fair and reasonable.  Clarence and Pepe came out to install.  They did a fabulous job.  They worked hard and were diligent; I could see they took pride in not just doing the job, but doing it right.  At the end, there were a couple of adjustments to the downspouts I requested, and Clarence gladly took care of it.  He did an awesome job.  They gutters look great!  This is a company filled with positive people who really want to produce exceptional work.  We're very pleased! This is my second time using A plus. I was very happy with their installation two years ago, so this time when I need help with my new house, I called them again. After a big rain over the weekend I found a big leak in gutter. I emailed A plus gutter for help, they replied my email right away and told me not to worry they will sent someone first thing in Monday morning. Owners Nancy and Israel were in contact with me via email the entire process. They gave me their recommendation after they evaluated gutter's condition in term of what to replace and what to keep. We got the gutter installed earlier this yr. It's sad that it has not rained a lot, only a couple of times to notice that it works as expected. So far I have not had a chance to test the gutter after a downpour. But I think it will work well.The overall process was smooth. Quote was better than one another I had. Israel and his team at A Plus Gutter Systems were professional, knowledgeable, and highly detailed oriented. They installed gutters, downspouts, and the beam caps (for the exposed beams) on a mid-century modern house. (I had found and admired their work from an installation on a neighbor's house).

The simplicity of the angle face profile works well for the house and looks fantastic. We had the gutters also installed along the rake line to prevent the downspouts from interrupting the glass facade below. I think it maintains the clean lines and improves the look of the house overall.

I had a pretty simple repair to a perimeter rain gutter plus a damaged downspout.  Israel came out promptly and gave a reasonable estimate.  They changed the work schedule due to an issue outside their control.  A-Plus called in advance to let me know of the delay (two days) and came out when rescheduled.  Reliability and followup grade is an  A+.  Work performed looks to be excellent; I'd use them again.
