Andy is the best! He will help you get a very effective workout every time. I have a knee with ongoing issues and that is never a barrier to the plans he sets out for me each week. In fact, my knee is worse on the weeks I don't make it to the gym. He got me excited about being back in the gym and he keeps me healthy to chase my kids around the rest of the week. If you have an injury, he always finds a way to work around it. I always know that he will find a way to put me through a challenging workout no matter what challenges my body might have that week. I have been with Andy for almost 4 years. He's seen me through knee rehabilitation, a pregnancy (where I worked out until a couple weeks before delivery), getting back into the gym after baby #3, and all kinds of work/life stresses in between.He always has a big smile and positive attitude. I worked for 24 hour fitness for 13 yrs and was tired of the corporate world. Being my own boss was always in my future.
