Kelly Miller of Perfect Paradise Weddings is fabulous! She is very reasonable priced while delivering impeccable service. She is quick to respond to emails, was always professional answering ALL my questions, and resourceful when needing advice or recommendations. She has many years of experience and knows the wedding industry in Maui very well, which is priceless when planning from afar! She is very conscious of your budget and will offer recommendations or ways to save money if need be.

Kelly is a hard worker, very efficient, and extremely detailed orientated! Little things that I did not think of, she quickly caught and made sure no detail was overlooked. We were so fortunate to be able to have our small wedding in October five days after Maui opened up the island for travel and we were very grateful to have Kelly as our planner. We were extremely happy with all her services leading up to our wedding and on our special day. She put me at ease and I was relaxed knowing she had everything under control. At one point after the ceremony, an unexpected rain shower popped up and my guests commented on how hard Kelly worked running all over collecting items and was not concerned one bit that she was getting wet.

She also encouraged us to do a first dance which we originally were not going to do, but I’m so grateful we did! We have great memories of that thanks to her!

Kelly was amazing! She guided me through everything & all the questions i had for over a year of me stressing/planning my wedding. She really took a lot of anxiety off my shoulders and my big day turned out better than i could have even pictured it! It's always scary trusting someone with something as big as your wedding day, but she is someone you can definitely trust with not only making your day amazing but making your visions come to life! Everything ran so smoothly as well and she really helped keep our desired expenses in budget. She would notify me when with a proposal of everything i asked for anytime i needed and she would inform me if i was going over budget and replace the things i really wanted with more affordable options, which i loved! There’s not enough space on this review to capture the gratitude we have for Kelly and her team. The year and a half of planning is almost a blur because Kelly made it so effortless. From the initial contact to learn about potentially having the wedding on Maui - and if we could even afford it- to the final touches on the big day, there wasn’t a step that I wasn’t grateful to have Kelly on my side. Her communication was excellent and her ability to guide you into making decisions that will make your vision come to life all while fitting into your budget, make you feel like you can plan your dream wedding! I couldn’t recommend her enough. It’s been over a month now, and the amount of times I’ve heard from friends and family that we had the most beautiful wedding they’d ever seen, is too many to count! Today marks exactly a year since our daughters wedding in Maui at St. John’s church on a hilltop in Kula, HI. I wished I hadn’t waited so long to write this review, as it was always in my thoughts to write it. Time got away from me, but I remember like it was yesterday because it was the most beautiful day ever. This day would not have been so wonderful & successful without Kelly! There is no doubt about it. I get emotional just thinking about it and how her guidance & help made it all that we dreamed it would be. Planning a destination wedding can be challenging, but with her help it was very smooth planning. In the beginning we thought we could do it all on our own & I’m so glad we decided to move forward with A Perfect Paradise Wedding. It gave us the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful moments and time with our guests. Kelly made planning a destination wedding so easy! Even with the 5 hour time difference from Maui to Kansas City, Kelly was prompt with her responses and she got tasks handled quickly. She was knowledgable, organized, informative, so incredibly helpful, and the price is unbeatable! We had lots of questions and concerns but she was able to address them all and put us at ease with her professional insight. She has dozens of venues and a lot of other wedding connections and recommendations in her arsenal as well! (restaurants, florists, officiants, etc.)Once we got to Maui, she handled everything! Truly Perfect, a heartfelt Thank-You from me and my new Husband for putting everything together for our special day. Not only extremely organized, Kelly is also very personal in what she does, which helps to ease the stress accompanying you planning a wedding abroad. I am usually really bad at reviews, but our coordinator was such a badass, that I felt like I needed to give her the props she deserves. I luckily found Kelly after getting engaged in Maui and it was worth every penny! We were engaged for about a year and a half and Kelly was prompt and available every step of the way. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in her field, and had endless amounts of advice regarding DJs, hair and make up artists, and catering companies. She gave her honest opinion when asked and did not try to gouge you for every penny. She even went above and beyond to help me find a place to hold our rehearsal dinner, since we are not from the island and didn't know our way around.Honestly, I was slightly nervous about how everything would turn out since we were planning our wedding from California. Our wedding went above and beyond all of my expectations. She kept us on schedule, managed every aspect of the day, and made sure we had plenty of time to dance and enjoy our guests. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Kelly. Being a corporate event planner, i knew i didnt want a full planner, but was required to have a day of coordinator by the venue. As i researched, i could tell Kelly had a lot of experience with all types of weddings, and at my venue so i chose her. From the beginning, she was always available to answer any questions i had, silly or not (sometimes about things i couldnt recall from my site visit as this was a destination wedding for us) and had suggestions when i was stumped on certain decisions, and was also very responsive which was important to me. I knew that if she was this good before the day itself, i knew the day of would be a breeze. Sure enough, on our wedding day, Kelly managed all of the vendors seamlessly. She listened and executed a lot of my details and certain preferences, and kept on schedule. She was the perfect amount of firm and sweet, and i appreciated that.
