Eric went to a pawfect pamper a little scruffy to say the least, after arriving to meet Louise the groomer she got to know about Eric and what his temperament was like straight away. We had been in text conversation before hand just to let the groomer know what we wanted Eric to look like and even sent images. Louise was so good and reassuring, we left him with the groomer for 3 hours and after arriving back we were over the mood with how Eric looked, it was the perfect teddy cut for a shih tzu. She gave us lots of advice and information on upkeep of Shih tzu hair. We would highly recommend A pawfect pamper and Louise 10/10. We will be definitely using her again! More...

I Contacted a PawfectPamper whilst they were closed today, as whilst I was out with my Cocker Stormz he had fallen into a muddy pond. Louise was sympathetic and she was able to fit Stormz in at short notice. She did an excellent job and Stormz looked and smelled amazing. Thanks Louise highly recommended. More...

Louise was very professional and caring towards my Bichon Frise Belle. Since having her puppies last year, she has had very slow growing, patchy fur and Louise made a wonderful job of thickening and making the fur soft and VERY white! I would be very happy and confident to recommend her to friends and family for a full groom and her friendly manner would put a fussy pet at ease!! More...

My dog came back very happy. She went to the groomers matted but came back looking beautiful. Her coat was soft and shiny and she smelt amazing. Would thoroughly recommend.
