Once upon a time around 2011 or so we ordered a standing funeral spray from 1-800-flowers for a work colleague. Word came from someone that arrived very early that it was shaggy and small. Not at all what we expected or paid for. We immediately headed to Fannin Flowers on the way in hopes they could help, because if anyone could, it was them!They were amazing! In no time flat they saw our distress and whipped up a beautiful spray and helped us get it in the vehicle. They let us pick from the flowers they didn’t need for other clients that day even. The price was the same as we paid before but twice as big, and oh so much more lovely. A tribute to a woman’s life rather than some shallow and grudging chore to shell out cash because she passed away, which is what the other flowers seemed to say of the company. We we do ashamed of them. We wanted those other flowers taken down entirely!Fannin Flowers saved us! I wished I had known the flowers were being ordered in the first place because I could have sent the order placer there from the start. I made a loyal customer out of her that day too. More...

This little shop is a treasure, I love plants, and this is the only place I know that has reasonable prices in Houston, is extremely friendly, and 24 HOURS ! I spoke with the owner the night I came in and he was SO friendly and helpful, none of the flowers looked dead, shabby, or just bad condition. I came out of there spending $10 for a lovely plant and balloons for my recovering friend and like $20 worth of plants for my house because it was deals I couldn’t pass up. More...

There is seasonal flowers, plants, and shrubs, but not trees. They sell wholesale/retail and "by the stem." There's premade bouquets that the florist makes or you can customized your flowers for any event you have. Staff and florist are helpful.

Place has all the flowers you could want and the flowers on their own are fairly inexpensive, unless you buy the arrangements, which are on par with other florist. Best part is they are open 24hrs a day and can get pretty busy late at night during the usual flower giving holidays like St. Valentine's Day.
