Carl and Caroline did a fantastic job providing a mirror photo booth for my wedding. Carl had excellent communication throughout, reaching out to me whenever he needed info. The pricing was excellent compared to some other companies we looked into. They even provided us with a nice album of all the pictures taken throughout the night, with space for the guests to leave us a personal message. My wedding was perfect

I was a little surprised to receive this request to write a review. While I never would have gone out of my way to write a negative review I do feel the need to share my honest experience. I will start at the beginning. I began planning my reception prior to the start of the pandemic. I always spoke with Carl and he was very friendly. I had to push back my reception twice because covid limitations would not allow my group to gather. The second time I pushed the reception back an entire year. I know some vendors weren't as flexible with changes and even kept deposits without fulfilling their obligations but Carl did. I was very thankful for that. Fast-forward to the day of my event in October 2021. First, he has promised a keepsake book for guests to sign on the night of our event. When I asked if he received the markers I left with my coordinator, he apologized for forgetting the book and promised to give me a book when my final photos were complete. Although the messages from my guests would've meant the most, I wasn't going to cry over spilled milk. (We did not actually receive this) We paid for the photo booth and some still photos and a memory video file. Caroline was supposed to take lead on the photo booth and Carl would take lead on the photos and video. There were several issues with the photo booth. Most of the night, the pictures came out incorrectly. My college girlfriends took some risqué photos and they ended up on the same photo strip as my grandfather. Most of these photos were wrong and I had many guests come to me complaining. As far as the photos, Carl did take some of the photo images, but Caroline ended up taking a lot as well. Many of the pictures I received were too dark, too bright, blurry or completely unnecessary (e.g. A picture of Carl or the back of a friend's head as she ran her fingers through her hair?) I was supposed to choose 100 photos for a slide show, but there weren't 100 in total. Far less if you include the ones I didn't want to keep. Carl asked what song I would like to play in the background of the sideshow, but chose a different song without a reason why the other wouldn't be appropriate. In the end, I was sad I didn't have any photos I liked enough to even include them in my Christmas card. Carl did apologize and say the reason for his service being off was an illness. While I can sympathize with this rationale, if I had known I could be better prepared. An aunt shared 10 photos with me that I loved. If I knew there was a cause for concern with the photos and photo booth, I could have enlisted family or friends to take and share photos and selfies to supplement Carl and Caroline's service. Instead, I was kept in the dark until too late and now I feel like my memories of special day are tarnished. Carol and Caroline did an amazing job for my mother-in-law's birthday party. Everyone from 2 to 82 enjoyed the photo booth. They were so kind to ensure that we received extra copies of all the shots from the guests. They were incredibly professional and arrived early to set up.
