I’m a very shy person and I hate massages and the likes, so when I had a car accident I was so worried about going physio, however once I’d been and met Adam I soon changed my opinion. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. After just 8 sessions my back and shoulder are no longer giving me pain. Finally I can sleep. Adam has been truly amazing. I was referred to him following a car accident where I suffered whiplash and severe neck and shoulder pain. He did a thorough assessment and then over the course of 6 treatments relieved my symptoms entirely. Very professional, but also friendly and lovely to talk to.
