I called Andrew a couple of days ago because it was noticed that a slate had slipped from the corner of my roof which was originally renewed by his Company. I didn't expect Andrew to remember us but he did and within a couple of hours he was at my door to fix the tile. He noticed that a couple of tiles had hairline cracks on them and replaced them too.
