Fabulous service, friendly staff very prompt! A group of 4 of us were staying in a local hotel for a weekend event at the Conference Centre. We booked the taxis having found A-Line on Google. We got texts with confirmation of our bookings, and also when the taxi was on route to us. What was event better was knowing which vehicle to look for and having the drivers name. Over the 4 journeys we made, we have 3 different drivers who were all equally pleasant and friendly - not the usual grumpy drivers we are used to seeing locally to us. I use A-Line taxis very frequently but in December I booked a taxi back from a Christmas party in Minley. My driver was Christine and honestly she was the most lovely, friendly and cheerful person I’ve had the pleasure to meet let alone have drive me home! She played Christmas songs and we sung to Mariah Carey together and it just made my night - was better than the Christmas party itself! I've seen a couple of negative reviews on here and I am sure these are probably bogus reviews written by rival companies. I have used this company for many years now and have happily recommended them to my friends . They are punctual and professional, I particularly like the fact that I receive a text informing me of the vehicle and driver details shortly before my car arrives. This is very useful for females travelling alone who need to ensure they are getting in the correct car driven by someone who has undergone the relevant background checks prior to being licensed. Great experience using A line taxi's on Saturday evening. As a woman on her own on the way home after a night out,I was really pleased with the service that I received. I got text messages to notify me that my taxi was nearby & also stating the car & number plate & drivers name. Excellent idea! Not sure if this is one of your taxis, but it had your phone no. on the side - think it's reg letters are UUT, driving south on the Blackwater Relief Road, turning off towards Ash Vale around 9:30 - 10:00 this morning and being driven by a lady.
