To 3/8/19 I had order cupcakes for my work place. The order was a little wrong not bad. Just got 1 dozen small red velvet instead of the 2 normal size cupcakes I asked for. No big deal, right. Well, the gentleman that took my order apologized and said my whole order was free. What!!! I couldn't believe what I heard. FREE!!!. Well, they were so great and so nice I couldn't leave without paying something. So, I left a big tip in the tip jar. Thank you guys for being so so wonderful. You guys made my day. I ordered an assortment of 4 flavors for my wedding, and I love that they offer minis and gourmet size cupcakes! We also had them do a small two tier cake. There was not a single cupcake left by the end of the wedding. They were beautiful for display and obviously delicious. Love that they have gluten free and vegan options as well! I ordered a sugar free lemon cream cheese cake for my husband's birthday and everyone loved it! It was delicious! Very moist and didn't have any artificial sweetener taste. Best sugar free cake we've ever had! And only bakery I know to make sugar free cakes... with tons of gourmet flavors to choose from! Tonight I took a wrong turn exploring and found myself at a La CupCakes a few minutes after closing without realizing. The staff were incredibly kind and not only allowed me to get mini cupcakes, but gave them to me since they were closing for two days. This is the cutest little bakery I think I've ever been to! The staff there was so nice and were just very kind and patient while my mom and I reviewed thier many wonderful flavors. When we got in the car and started to eat them we were delighted by their rich flavor and the homemade-feel about them. I had brought my mom some cupcakes up from SC and they were not so good. As we were driving thru Asheville I saw this little A la cupcake shop. The man inside was very pleasant and told me these cupcakes were phenomenal. He was not kidding! The pink champagne cupcake —oh !my goodness !!! Better than a Gigi’s cupcake any day!
