Contradictory to what others have (very detailed) written... I have been visiting this store for over a year and they have never failed to fix and accommodate. They have always been very helpful and polite. I have always been provided with a receipt as well, so not sure what others have experienced.The common sense approach is... If your mobile device/tablet etc.. is that important to you, pay full price and go back to the manufacturer and and their price! It'll be 5-10 times the price you'll pay at A - Z Smartphone. Genuine guy and Great service! He is passionate and caring person who is willing to do anything to help someone out if they are in a tight spot. His prices are lowest in the area and he always tries to fix everything on the spot. Sometimes he asks for the money front, because he will have to pay for someone else's service in order to unlock a phone or order specific part for the phone. If you try to play smart and are rude to him, he won't take it and he will hand you back your phone so you can take it to someone else! At the end of the day he is there to fix your phone not listen to anyone shout. While my phone was being fixed, there was a lady with daughter and two small kids who came in, she was clearly was in a tight spot. By the looks of it she had come there before as they knew each other by their names and he said to her I will only charge you for the part as I know your situation right now. I was gobsmacked! Later I asked him why did you do that and he just replied, local community, if I would be in her shoe's I wish someone would do the same. More...

Best Service ever! I have been to many places before this with my IPhone 6 and I can promise you I would go back there at any time. Everything he needs to do he try's to explain the best way possible. But as he put it: It's like explaining kidney surgery to non surgeon.
