I was left with a demolished apt and needed a complete renovation ASAP! Not knowing any contractors I simply googled “my zip code and contractor” and A. K. AZAD Construction Co. was my result. I called Saif for an estimate and was presented with a fair price with insightful/cost effective suggestions. Work included- wood flooring, exterior doors, painting interior, new bathrooms, full kitchen, installing new closets, ceiling insulation, lighting, electrical, plumbing work, etc. The renovation was completed professionally, under time, and most importantly within budget!!! Saif is a CAPABLE and PROFESSIONAL individual who goes above and beyond. I appreciated his suggestions and his ability to communicate throughout the duration of the project.
