Disappointed parent. Called this office to mention my daughter has multicultural hair and that their salon came up on my search for "salon near me, multicultural hair". Well, she came out with frizzy hair. I've done her hair before at other salons out of state and it comes out flawless. I am aware that her hair has texture and it is curly, that's what I mentioned over the phone, but it was the worst result ever. However, the service was super and the staff was very welcoming and inviting with their beautiful dogs hence the 4 stars. Amazing, I searched up “good salons near me” you guys were the first to come up and I couldn’t be happier. I had the most terrible haircut ever and luckily Alex preformed what seemed like magic and made it look soo much better. Never going somewhere else again

I can't say enough about this AMAZING salon! I was in need of a color/cut correction and am so grateful I came across A Jon Roberts. From the phone call to schedule, (they were able to fit me in right away) to walking in the shop and being greeted by the adorable fur babies, to talking to the staff about what I was hoping to have done, the entire experience was exceptional! Alex was my stylist and was extremely professional, personable, upbeat, and genuine as were Kenny and Kelly. I loved the Teamwork between them in sharing ideas and how much they all reflect how passionate they are about what they do! The salon itself is so inviting and cozy and the music and animals are icing on the cake I could not be happier with the results of my color/cut; Alex is a miracle worker As someone who works in the service industry it really stands out when you have an outstanding experience, and this was one of a kind! Their motto is if you don't love it, you don't leave which speaks to how much they care about their clients and work.
