What can I say, the price was the best price I could find.. I searched for reviews online and saw that Ben had very good reviews elsewhere, including on Linkedin by developers which confirmed that I wanted to use his company (he has worked on large developer jobs before so a lot of experience). He took me step by step on what he was going to do, and even the estimate was much better and in depth compared to others. During the job he found more problems but did not charge anything extra to fix them. Couldn't ask for more to be honest! And lovely bloke aswell.. haha. 10 stars.. not 5! More...

Ben was first instructed to fix a leak on our flat roof. He ended up replacing our whole roof, two roof windows and a dormer window.
The work was carried out to a very high standard. He was punctual, reliable and his standard of work was excellent. I would happily recommend him and definitely use him again.

Ben quickly diagnosed the issue with a leaking conservatory gutter, obtained the necessary material for the repair and returned to complete the job effectively and efficiently and at a reasonable price.

It has been a pleasure working with Ben /A J Perry Roofing. I found them punctual, polite, and personable. Willing to patiently answer my many questions and to provide the details that assured me of the quality of thier work.
I found his responses speedy and was very impressed that his estimate covered options which meant I could make an informed choice and stick within my budget. No financial surprises! They also provided pictures which both helped to
define the work required and the tasks completed. I was also grateful for thier advice. They replace a bay roof and a double garage roof. I am looking forward to the rain which will of course be the confirmation that a very tidy, and well presented job has resulted in my roofs being water tight. I will definitely be working with them again on the remaining roof I have left to repair.
