I offer Life Coaching, counseling, care giver support group and I teach awareness and mindfulness classes.
I have work with a diverse population on many different areas as depression, anxiety, social anxiety, enlightenment, caregiver issues like frustration amd guilt, teen and parenting conflicts, divorce and single parent issues just to name a few.

What do you love most about your job?
I love connecting with people and animals because they get depressed too and working with both to find their higher self and purpose, getting out of the stuck feeling that so often overtakes us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working as a Director of an adult daycare for seniors that have Dementia for 10 years, I was drawn more and more to the counseling and teaching part of my job and decided to do more of it.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients need to choose who they feel connected to, who they feel will provide a safe space for them to be guided out of the hole they feel they are in. I try to provide that safety for my clients. Instead of judging, I jump in with them and show them how I got out, but also offer other solutions if my way doesnt work for them.
