A Groom With A View

I left my dog in their ‘care’ for a week while I was out of the country. NEVER AGAIN. They starved my dog to the stage you could see her ribs. They informed me when I questioned this that she was ‘inhaling’ at the time the photo was taken, funny that when I collected her she was in the same state……. Wouldn’t trust them to look after a rock never mind my dog. My dog also received an injury to her eye, but they wouldn’t inform me of this, it was only when I saw a photo that they posted on their Facebook page that I realised where this had come from….. another dog with their MOUTH around my dogs EYE! I paid nearly £300 for them to starve my dog and feed other dogs her specially made dog food when I provided more than enough. I left a review on google but they deleted it! They are more bothered about the money than the dogs in their care. I had to pay emergency vet fees as well as she wasn’t well after being with them. No apology or anything. They are an absolute joke. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. It broke my heart to see the state of my dog after they supposedly looked after her. I was promised daily updates, I left her there on the Saturday morning, it took until the Wednesday for them to update me and then gave me excuse after excuse. I would love them to contact me back for an apology as I never got anything from them regarding the state of my dog. They didn’t seem bothered. When I dropped her off there wasn’t anyone there like they promised and when they arrived the speed they drove into the yard was fast, but it was just as fast when they left. I wasn’t allowed to say goodbye to my dog or anything. They just wanted to leave quickly which concerned me but it was too late. I have been coming here for years with my dogs, but i will not be in the future. When my dog was dropped off she was nervous and the young lady just took her from me and dragged her through to the grooming area with no compassion. I will not return and would not recommend. More...

Friendly staff who look after you pet, but road leading to premises is horrendous on your tyres‼️?

The staff are brilliant, the grooming is the best my Australian Shepherd, Autumn has received anywhere that we have lived. We have lived in Cambridgeshire & Devonshire before moving to Lincolnshire.
