I spoke with Clay the owner of the company on tuesday, he showed up at 3pm to look at the job. Clay gave me 2 quotes on the job and that he could fit it in on wed, THE DAY BEFORE THXGIVNG! Seemed a little too good to be true but on wed afternoon 2 of his 4 sons showed up and did an excellent job on a very problematic tall tree in the back yard. Perry and Mike were safe efficient and very focused on what looked like a technical climb and cut. They were done in a couple of hours and I couldn't be happier with the work. These guys are great! Last year we had a huge burl that needed to be cut up and removed. Other companies would not return our calls. A Family Tree Svc got right back to us and took care of it that week for a good price. This summer they cut a tree for us for half the price we were quoted by two other companies. They did a great job and cleaned all leaves and branches off the adjoining yard. These guys are super nice and really know and care about trees. I will definitely use their service again. More...

This is a great company! They came and cut my tree down last week and did an amazing job not one branch fell on my flower pots nor my windows when they were finished they cleaned up great. The people in my neighborhood were so impressed that they came by to get their info for their own trees. I highly recommend this company! More...

The company is affordable and the owner is an arborist who knows how to trim or take down a tree. They cut one third of an ash tree that was infected with carpenter ants and saved the other two thirds of the tree.
It is healthy today and still providing shade to my backyard. Another company wanted twice the money and wanted to remove the entire tree.
They are also a good source for information about your trees and come out to check on them upon request. I'd highly recommend them and often tell friends about them when they mention they need tree service.

Called with dangerous broken tree emergency late Saturday, Chris and Perry were onsite in less than an hour to promptly take care of a falling Elm that was threatening the house and power lines. We are pleased to the extreme by the awesome results of the tree removal services from "A Family Tree Services" workers. Chris, who cut the tree down was very professional and highly skilled in his craft. He was very careful to make sure that the branches that he cut did not cause any damage to our house or garage. The other men employed by the Company cleaned up the cuttings so well that the yard actually looked better when they left then when they began the work.
