I have suffered from severe chronic migraines since I was a young child and had Neurologist teams try to "figure me out". None of the traditional treatments (and I've tried some crazy things too !) nor pain medications seemed to work on me. For a while I seemed to be in a loop of one migraine onto another sometimes for weeks. I was told that I think too hard and needed to shut down my mind - not so easy for me. As a last resort, I was prescribed 2 preventative pills/day which I took for over 20 years and still had migraines until..... I met Aleesha! From my first visit, she really took the time to listen to what I knew about my body and things that other doctors had suggested and/or tried with me before. Her knowledge was impressive as she asked questions about other parts of my body and life that I later learned were somehow connected. I explained that I wasn't a big fan of needles and the sight of blood and have never even felt them as she is so gentle. For the past 4 years Aleesha has treated me about every 10 days and adjusted the length of my sessions to what my body needs. I no longer take a preventative for my migraines and have learned to shut down with a daily nap to reset; rarely having a migraine. Truthfully, I always thought that someday I would die of an aneurysm from one of my migraines - NOT anymore! It's truly amazing what a difference these magic needles of Aleesha's can help with! Her professionalism and knowledge of the human body makes it easy to trust her for whatever ails you - I would highly recommend her services. More...
