What do you love most about your job?
I love dealing with the General public as we all require different services, as sometimes in life we need to feel a more personalised and friendly experience and some one we can trust, hence why we all have mobiles which you can contact us 24 hours a day. Also I feel that going the extra mile can make someone's day then I have done my job well.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My dad was a taxi driver while I was growing up and therefore been in the travel industry since I was 11, he then went into a similar business to ours in the 80s and was once the largest vehicle hire firm in High Wycombe. I then went and worked for a similar company when my dad sold up, I got married and had to move away and that's when I realized that there is a missing section within the travel business hence A Class Corporate Travel.
