Excellent service from start to finish. Tyrone was recommended to us by a friend who needed to sort out a very complicated mortgage, something no one could tackle but Tyrone found a way. My husband and I also tried to get a mortgage through traditional means and were told categorically no in every attempt mainly because the mortgage companies would not take into account my husband's 3 jobs, only his main one. I am a stay at home mum. And yet Tyrone managed to find us a mortgage provider, dare I say the same one that refused us! Everything went smoothly, no problems and we were kept informed and updated at all times, all our questions dealt with and we used the solicitor he suggested which was the right decision. Everyone we talked to tells us of nightmare solicitors, we had no issues whatsoever even though our case was very complex. All done and dusted and we are now the proud first time buyers of our little Welsh home. I am 45 and my husband 49 which played a part in the complication and yet, it was done. Thank you so so much! We could not recommend A Cheaper Mortgage enough. Tyrone helped us with the purchase of our first home two years ago, when it came to re mortgaging he contacted us to arrange a meeting. He came to the meeting with well researched options and talked us through each on in a way that we could completely understand (no over complicated jargon). Once we had made our decision Tyrone arranged everything and our mortgage was switched in a matter of days. A Cheaper Mortgage have been outstanding in helping with the purchase of our first home. Charlotte has been our adviser and we truly cannot fault her! Speaking to others going through their mortgages its been astonishing just how little we have had to do and just shows how much Charlotte has done for us. Things that really helped were the constant explanations of legal terms, the advise from looking at houses, to securing one, right through to completion and round the clock availability for any questions we had. Best service we could possibly find. After contacting three mortgage advisors that were not particularly helpful discouraging us not to go ahead with an off-plan property we wanted, we reached out to Tyrone and to his company who undertook the 'difficult' as we had been told task to purchase that particular property. Tyrone was exceptionally helpful in explaining with simple terms all the options we had and was always there to support, push when needed the developer and most importantly being available 24/7 for anything we needed. Getting close to 'that age' I seem to be getting lots of offers both in the post and via cold calls to review my retirement options.
Fearing that pension advice will soon become the next PPI furor whilst also feeling both concerned and confused about my options I needed some trusted advice.
I found these guys via a mutual friend, a fact finding telephone call was scheduled to discuss my situation and agree next steps.
I was called promptly, Rob listened to 'my story' and concerns. Rob asked relevant searching questions, gently probing to check I had contingency plans and covered key areas. A few blind spots were uncovered and a few options were flagged that I hadn't considered. The call lasted less than 30 minutes and Rob followed up quickly with an email summarising the keypoints.
In my case I was looking for independant reassurance and advice on what I already had in place, Rob was happy that I was 'in control' and equally happy that no further action was required at this point. I am confident that should I need more help in the future, or if indeed anything was needed right now, then these guys are well placed to help. Rob was inciteful without pushing me into signing up or transferring my pension, which was great because other contacts I've had fill me with dread as all they are after is your pension pot.

What inspired you to start your own business?
