The focus is 'learning' either within the context of education, business or personal. A characteristic of the approach taken is learning to manage our environment to meet our learning needs, referred to as "Learning Intelligence" (LQ). Learning is seen as a problem-solving activity to which different strategies, approaches and tools can be employed in order to be successful.

Key to learning is motivation and this aspect is explored through our four key engagement needs, these being: power, a sense of belonging, choice and fun. We use the acronym PBCF - Please Be College Friendly to remind people about the approach.

Both LQ and PBCF are at the heart of the coaching and mentoring service offered, be that management and leadership or personal/team growth.

Individuals and groups of people can be supported either on a one to one basis over the web using video conferencing or e-mail, phone or face to face meetings (depending on location)
