It's hard enough getting a young business onto its feet without having to worry about the IT side, too ... as a writer and broadcaster, I had precious files from all over the place on old hard drives that I needed to find and reuse for my business. A-Byte took on my messy state with good humour and seamless professionalism - it's just brilliant knowing that my work is well-protected, all backed-up, streamlined and in one place. They replaced my laptop recently, too - in the tightest turnaround time imaginable at a fantastically low cost. Within 24 hours I was all set up again - never lost a beat.
It's their friendly professionalism that really works for everyone, though - the team comprises exactly the sort of people I want to do business with throughout my entire career and I recommend A-Byte Computer Solutions to my colleagues and friends regularly!

Undoubtedly, most of us are not Computer Literate thus: Reliable and Responsive 'A-Byte' become a 'Centre of Knowledge and Corrective Action' that most require to smooth the surface of 'Rough Computer Glitch' Days - Thankfully. My laptop had a faulty hard drive, they replaced it with a SSD drive and put some software on to stop windows 10 from breaking it. Great staff and great customer service. Recently purchased a new gaming laptop and it was running a lot slower than what it should have been running at with the specs of the laptop. These guys tell you where you are with your computer(s) and what needs to be done to get your machines to where you would like to be or they are able to take you to an even better place ! and in my view they place more importance on a happy customer coming back again and again than earning a quick buck. I've been coming back for 8 years and I have yet to recommend them to anybody who has not been very happy with the service they have provided. More...
